Home Staging Company Invites Realtors for an Event

The members of the real estate community in Cincinnati and Mason OH were treated with a feast for their eyes when Design to Market, the leading home staging company in the Cincinnati area, threw its doors open and invited the representatives for a tour of its 4000 square foot warehouse. The theme of the event was aptly named as the place where WOW lives, which was very much what most of the invited guests had to say by the time they completed the tour. The warehouse which was billed as the Open Warehouse contains all the home goods and resources at the disposal of Jo Potvin and her team of designers who change the entire face of a house to give it a new look.

Realtors were left amazed even as gorgeous vignettes of the living rooms, bedrooms and dining spaces were created by the designers for the display. The designers used all possible designs from traditional to modern along with a whole range of furnishing styles. The incredible thing about the event was the stylish groupings that gave the realtors an illustration of an array of possibilities in home staging. Guests who had tasty bites of Oakley’s kona bistro, along with wine, were given an insight of all the hard work that goes behind the scenes every time a new home staging project comes along the way of Design to Market.

Sibcy Cline’s realtor Sue Lewis was fascinated by the home goods and furniture available at the warehouse and their variety. She said the way Design to Market turns around the interior design of a house is now believable looking at all the available resources that the designers have. Sibcy Cline’s Ashley Rosenthal, who is one of the realtors who has brought home sellers to Design to Market previously said that they way they change the complete interior of the house is just incredible. She felt that Jo and her group of designers are completely in sync with what exactly the home buyers are looking for in a prospective home. Kelly Clark, who is a designer at Design to Market, felt that, good design can sell houses in the current market.

The slowdown of the housing market in the Cincinnati area has led many a realtors to take their clients to home staging companies that offer to change the interior design of a house to make it more attractive to the prospective buyers.
